Q. Where are the Will Call windows?
A. Will Call at the Wachovia Center is located at the Box Office, on the Broad Street side of the building. At the Wachovia Spectrum, Will Call is located on the South Side of the building at the lower level Box Office.

Q. Where are the Executive Offices?
A. At the Wachovia Center the Executive Offices are located on the Broad Street side of the building. At the Wachovia Spectrum the Executive Offices are located on the Lower Level-South Side of the building.

Q. Where do I go if I need assistance inside the arena?
A. At the Wachovia Center, Guest Services is located on the Broad Street side opposite Section 101. At the Wachovia Spectrum, the Information Booth is on the South Side opposite Section 216.

Q. Are there Automated Teller Machines (ATM) at the arena?
A. Yes. At the Wachovia Center two Automated Teller Machines (ATM) are on the premises. At the Wachovia Spectrum One Automated Teller Machine (ATM) is available.

Q. If my child is going to sit on my lap, do I still need to buy a ticket for them?
A. Children under two do not require a ticket for most events but will be required to sit on the lap of a paying customer.

Q. How do I contact the Wachovia Complex?
A. The Wachovia Complex has an event hotline. That number is (215) 336-3600. Please be advised that seating locations will not be given out over the telephone.

Q. Can I buy jerseys, hats and other memorabilia at the Wachovia Center?
A. Yes! Fan Gear is the Wachovia Center's flagship retail store, located in the northwest corner of the Main Concourse Level. Encompassing more than 1,600 square feet of space, Fan Gear features Flyers, 76ers, Wachovia Center and other event-related merchandise. Fan Gear is open on Flyers and 76ers game days only from 5 p.m. through 30 minutes after the conclusion of the event. In addition, a host of satellite retail locations offer guests a wide-ranging selection of team and entertainment merchandise. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Check for extended shopping hours during the holiday season.

Q. Can I buy jerseys, hats and other memorabilia at the Wachovia Spectrum?
A. Yes! Sports Port is the Wachovia Spectrum’s retail store, located in the northeast corner of the concourse behind sections L and M. The store carries a wide range of Phantoms and KiXX clothing and memorabilia and other event-related merchandise. Sports Port is open during all Phantoms and KiXX games. In addition to the main store, there are four satellite locations on the concourse for your convenience.
